We also offer a 7 day full refund guarantee if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase. The item must be returned in a saleable condition, along with it's original packaging and gift wrap (if purchased) within 7 days. A refund will be given minus the returns postage costs incurred by you.
Please note however that we are unable to accept returns on any of our piercings (ie earrings and belly bars), due to hygeine reasons, unless unworn, or damaged in transit.
Please ensure all goods are returned in protective packaging by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We regret we cannot be held responsible for items that go astray in the post when being returned to us. Using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery will enable you to make a claim against Royal Mail for any items that may be lost.
