Q. Can I return an item if I dont like it?

A. Yes, we offer a no questions asked returns policy. All we ask is that you enclose a note with your details and item number So we can identify who its from.

Q. Can i buy several items and pay for them in 1 go?

A. Yes, at the checkout, you can add all the items from your basket and pay together. Alternitavely, you can request an invoice from us and we'll send it for you to pay.

Q. Do you pay for return costs?

A. No. We do not pay for buyers to return the items back to us for any reason (including damaged or wrong colour).

Q. Can I exchange a colour?

A. Yes, send it back with all the details including the item number and an SAE (stamped addressed envelope). If you have a sample of the new colour required (magazine cut out, paint colour card, material) that would help.

Q. I have seen a dress on a website could you tell me the best matching colour?

A. No, we dont advise customers of the colour to buy, it is entirely your choice.

Q. What happens if you dont have the colour in stock?

A. Our stock inventory is kept 100% accurate. If we dont have the item we will not list it. We will never send an alternative colour, we will contact you if there is any problems.

Q. I have a wedding, and need this asap. Can you help?

A. Yes. We offer different services which you can upgrade to at the checkout. Please note these are estimate times for delivery. Although the vast majority of items arrive within the specified times, some could take longer due to weather, xmas, destination etc.
