Received in one box, all parts for initial assembly included. Several other items (lights, a more authoritative horn, mirrors, wireless bike computer, a wider seat with backrest) were purchased separately. Took nearly two days for full assembly before ready to ride, which included several learning experiences (undoing mistakes and reassembling), but end product satisfactory. Have received several compliments.
