Guarantee:
Guarantee of refund. You have 7 days to evaluate the product. If you don’t like it or you prefer to change it for another one (bigger, smaller or different colour) there will be no inconvenient. After receiving the product we will refund all the money. The customer must pay for all the transportation charges.
All the products have one-year warranty (except special cases such as “Zaldi Saddles” that is 5 years as it is explained in the product description. In case of manufacturing defect, we pay for the departure expenses and the customer must pay for the return expenses.
Warranty extends only to defects in materials, not for improper use by the customer.
Almost all of our products have a post sale repair service once surpassed the warranty period. The freight expenses will be to customer charge.
We commit ourselves that in a maximum of 7 days and once made the payment we will send you the package.
