Customer
satisfaction is important to us. If you have a problem with the supplied
goods or delivery please contact us and we will do our best to resolve
any issues. You should do this before persuing any other line of
resolution.
We
are happy to answer all your queries, but do so Monday to Friday
9am-5pm. Please note that we are unable reply to emails evenings,
weekends or Bank Holidays but will do so asap
afterwards.
Feedback
Please
note that we leave feedback after we have received your feedback about
us. This is to ensure that you are satisfied with our service and are
happy with your goods. If this is not the case and you are considering
leaving negative or neutral feedback please contact us before doing so so that we might
resolve any
problems.
Please remember that feedback cannot be removed once
given.
We always leave feedback, and will match the
feedback you leave (ie positive with positive, negative with negative).
Please do not leave neutral or negative unless you have good reason to do
so and have made attempts to resolve any
problem.

We
will replace any item that is faulty or incorrectly supplied provided you
notify us within 7 days of receipt and items remain intact and
unused.

will refund postage costs upon receipt of the item.
