30-day Money Back - If there is any defect with any item received, you can contact us and return it within 30 days of receipt for full refund or exchange
Return shipping covered - If you are going to return any item through Surface Mail, we will prepay the shipping cost to your Paypal account. If the exact amount cannot be determined before visiting your post office, 20% of the item’s total price or $5 (whichever higher) will be prepaid first. And if there is any difference, we will send it to you later on.
You wait, we pay - Generally your item will leave our storehouse within 1~3 working days and reach your doorstep within an acceptable range around the estimated average transit time written in the item description. If your item arrives 5+ days later than the estimated average, please let us know and we will refund 100% of the item’s shipping rate or 20% of the item’s total price (whichever higher) to you.
