A: We ship our products from Hong Kong by Hong Kong Post Air Mail and delivery usually takes about 10 to 20 working days. Several factors could affect delivery time, such as custom inspection, recipients' postal service, and extreme weather conditions. Please note that the delivery period could be delayed due to increased security measures on all inbound international air mail packages.
Q: Do I get a tracking number for my package?
A: We offer free regular air mail shipping (without tracking number) to most countries (with a few exception). You could also pay some extra dollars and choose the option of Registered Air Mail which will have a tracking number available.
Q: I want faster shipping, is it possible?
A: We also offer express post which you can choose from at your payment checkout. Since delivery time of express post is different for every country, we suggest that you contact us first for the delivery time before you choose that option.

A: Our wigs are all one size, and there are hooks inside the wig to adjust for different head sizes. However, please note that everyone's head size and neck length are different and these factors could make the length of the wig vary a bit from the length of the wig shown in the pictures.

Q: How do I measure my head?
A: With a tape measure, begin at the front of your hairline and wrap the tape behind your ear to the nape of your neck around to your other ear until the tape meets again at the front of your hairline Average Wig size 95% of the population will fit the average wig size. The comfortable elastic/cloth material stretches and fits head sizes from 21.5”-22.5”.
(1).Most wigs have adjustable tabs at the neck to adjust the cap up to 1” for a comfortable and secure fit.
(2).For those converting centimeters to inches: 53.5 centimeters is equal to 21 inches, 56 centimeters is equal to 22 inches, and 58.5 centimeters is equal to 23 inches.
Q: What is a skin top?
A: Wigs with skin tops add a lot of realism. Our skin top is made of resin. We make the part at the top of the wig appear to be coming out of flesh, which looks more realistic. We do have different type of skin top, such as, circular (point) type, straight type, zip-zap type depends on different hair style.
