So sorry you're not happy with your purchase! We would like to make sure you get what you want for your money. We have a variety and wide selections of styles and quality for you to choose from and hope that you will find something else that's right for you, now or anytime in the future (Store credit). We now accept returns for refund if your purchase was made on or after May 15, 2012. Upon receiving your return, we will process a refund minus $6.00 or any shipping cost charged for the initial purchase should you choose to get a refund. Please note that shipping cost is not refundable. For an exchange or a store credit, you will retain the full amount of the item or items purchased.
We follow our policy very strictly so make sure you read the following carefully.
RETURN POLICY
- Please make sure to keep receipt and send us the original or a copy when returning the item.
- Return must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt, according to tracking. Returns more than this time period will not be entertained.
- Item must be in original condition, unworn, free of wrinkles and smoke or pet fur and dander. Damaged or condition other than the above will be rejected. We quality check our items before shipping them, therefore, any damage will be your responsibility unless if there's a defect. In this case, we will need prove of pictures.
- Returns are only for exchanges, store credit or a refund.
- Should you choose to get a refund, a $6.00 will be deducted from your total if the item was shipped free to you when the purchase was made. If you would like an exchange or get a store credit, you will have the full dollar amount spent for future use.
- SHIPPING cost will be solely buyer's responsibility for both return and exchange.
- INTERNATIONAL sales are final and not returnable.
- Accessories and intimate items cannot be returned as well.
RETURN PROCEDURE
- Look for an Easy Return form at the end of any of our Ebay listings. It should be in Blue color. Fill in and submit the form and wait for an approval.
- You will get an RMA number which is required for all returns. Write the number on the receipt to be returned as well as in front of the package. Package without an RMA may be returned to you as incomplete.
- A copy of the receipt must be included when returning an item.
- Make sure to wrap item properly so that it will not wrinkle and protected from water or external contamination.
- We strongly recommend you return item with tracking and better yet, insurance coverage as we're not reponsible for lost or damaged packages.
- You will get an email confirmation when we've received your return.
- Please do not bid to make an exchange or when using store credit. Email us and let us know which item/s you're interested in and we will hold it for you. We will use buy it now price for reference or come up with a cost that is reasonable. Some item/s may not be available.
- You may owe a balance or have leftover credit depending after an exchange or store credit use. Payment can be made via Paypal or money order.
