Our Ebay store is open 24 hours, 7 days a week and 365 days year round. Customer service however, is only available at certain hours. Although our office are closed in the weekend, we sometimes are able to answer email. For faster service, make sure to correspond with us through Ebay's email service. Otherwise, there may be delay as we receive tons of mails from our business email account. All emails will be answered the ordered it was received.
