RETURNS POLICY
Shellworld ensures that all products are of good quality and high standard however should any damage be incurred during transit or you are dissatisfied with the item please contact us at info@shellworldgifts.co.uk within twenty eight days of delivery to arrange for the item to be returned.
To return an order;
Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, may be returned for a full refund. Simply e-mail us with the reason for the return and then post the items, in their original condition. If you require a exchange please e-mail the details of the item you have ordered and the replacement item required.
Please return the items within twenty eight days and obtain a certificate of posting. On receipt of the returned goods we will issue a full refund.
