| R:Yes, however there are some countries where we are unable to send particular items to . If you have any specific questions please don't hesitate to contact us. |
| P:Do you sell wholesale? |

| R:No, we sell only retail. Some Retro wholesalers do sell on Ebay but they often will have a minimum spend/ require a bulk purchase and quite often sell from outside of the UK, so many buyers find that it's not that ideal. Here at Retro Styler we keep our prices competitive with other retailers and aim to provide outstanding service every time. |
| P:What payment methods do you accept? |

| R:We accept Palpal as it is considered to be the safest and most secure method of payment for shopping on Ebay. This gives you the best form of protection against fraudulent activity and is much more reliable than other methods of payment such as postal orders, personal cheques etc. |
| P:How soon after I place my order will my Retro item be with me? |
|
| R:Once your payment has cleared we aim to dispatch your Retro item(s) within one business day, so for UK orders if you were to place it on the Monday you could receive your item as early as Friday of that same week.
International orders will take a little longer - anywhere between 5-7 days (or up to 6 weeks for 'surface mail items'). |
| P:Do you have all of your Retro products in stock? |

| R:Yes. For starters we don't use dropshippers so you can be assured that all of the items listed in our Retro Store are available for immediate dispach and come directly from us. |
| P:Do you stock Retro items in various different colours? |

| R:Certainly! Just check out the listing page for a particular Retro item and if it IS available in various colours you'll be able to select one from a drop down menu at the top of the listing. |
| P:If we purchase multiple Retro products will you discount the postage? |

| R:Great news - ALL of our cool Retro products come with FREE UK DELIVERY. For areas outside of the UK there will be a delivery charge, but yes we will certainly consider discounting these fees for you for bulk purchases. Please contact us via Ebay to discuss this further. |
| P:Do you offer discounts on bulk purchases? |

| R:The good news here is that we always provide you with awesome Retro products at highly competitive prices. This coupled with FREE UK DELIVERY makes us one of Ebay's more popular Retro Stores. We are unable to offer further discounts on bulk purchases but why not check out our 'Sale' page for the lastest deals. |
| P:What should I do if an item doesn't fit? |

| R:Not to worry, you just need to return it to us by recorded delivery so we can arrange for a replacement. You'll also need to make sure that the Retro item has it's original packaging and any tags in tact. |
| P:What shall I do if i change my mind and no longer want the item? |
|
| R:No problem. You can simply return the item in it's original packaging and with any tags still in tact (please return by recorded delivery). As soon as we receive your item we can arrange for a refund or replacement. |
| P:Can you send me some more pictures of the item? |
|
| R:If you need some more pictures of your chosen Retro product then just let us know and we'll gladly snap some up and send them over to you. |
| P:What is the 'Use by date' on your Retro Sweets? |
|
| R:Good question!... And an important one at that. All of our Retro Sweets will come with a 'Use by date' (Printed by our supplier) and we will always display this in the product listing for you. |
| P:Do you package your own Retro Sweets? |
|
| R:No. Our Retro Sweets are packaged and sealed by our manufacturer and supplier. Each Retro Sweet bag will be shipped to us, sealed with our own packaging label and this is how you will also receive your sweets (Unless they are packaged/ boxed in another form by a different manufacturer). |
| P:Can you get hold of particular Retro Products that aren't listed in your store? |

| R:Providing that the Retro product can be sourced from a wholesaler/ supplier and that there is enough demand for it we'd certainly be happy to explore your suggestions. We love to hear from our Retro Community and your opinions matter a great deal to us. |
| P:Can we pick up our item from you Retro Store? |
|
| R:We don't currently have a brick and mortar Retro Shop so all orders must be delivered to your door, but the good news is that it is FREE ON ALL UK ORDERS and very quick in most cases. |
| P:Are all of your Retro products new? |

| R:All of our Retro products are BRAND NEW, from our Dancing & Singing Gizmo right through to our Neon Retro Accessories. |
| P:Do you sell Licenced or Official Retro merchandise? |

| R:Here at Retro Styler we stock both a mixture Official Retro merchandise and Licenced products. We will always state in the product listing whether the product is Official Retro Merchandise or simply Licenced, but if you happen to have any further queries about a particular product please contact us. |
| P:Can you ship to a different address other than my billing address? |

| R:Yes we can and quite often our Retro loving customers will want to have an item shipped to a fellow Retro Fan for a special occasion. All you need to do is to make a note of your preference and the shipping address in your paypal transaction. |
| P:Do you offer Next Day Delivery? |
|
| R:Yes, for an additional fee we can have your Retro goodies delivered right to your door the very next day, using Royal Mail's 'Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service'. |
| P:Do your windproof Retro Lighters come with fuel? |
|
| R:Unfortunately not. We receive these Retro Lighters from our distributor, boxed and without fuel, so we prefer not to go tampering with your product before dispatching it to you. Plus you have to admit that it’s a little safer for your local Postie. Note: For international customers we are only allowed to ship lighters by 'surface mail'. |
