We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not pleased with your purchase, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund the product price, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of your purchase, although there may be an extended guarantee with certain items and in these instances, it will be stated in the item listing.
For any exchange or refund, we need the original receipt or a record of the purchase in our system, and the product must be in it's original condition, including the box and packaging i.e resaleable condition. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days after authorisation and please allow up to 5 working days for returns to be processed.
If a product arrives defective, please contact us within 3 working days upon arrival.
In the unlikely event that the incorrect product is sent, it must be returned back to us and we will issue the correct item out. We will refund postage costs.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the item(s) arrive in a resaleable condition back to us if returning. A signed-for service is recommended when returning products to us as we take no responsibility for any loss or delay.
