Discounted Shipping and Handling

It is our policy to pass on any savings we make in Shipping & Handling costs
by combining multiple products in one shipment. All my eBay listings give you
an automatic discount for the Shipping & Handling charge on additional products
ordered (of the same type) at the same time.

If you order different products at the same time in the same shipment you will
normally receive a S & H discount on additional products. But sometimes the
cost of Shipping your order can be more expensive than the cost quoted in my
listings because of the weight or size. If this happens we will contact you and
give you the choice to cancel or change your order.

Always if you do order more than 1 item at the same time please place your
order and we will send you a revised invoice BEFORE you pay. We cannot make
adjustments after the order/s are placed. If in doubt please Contact Us.

Normal Shipping Times to your Destination (pre - Christmas will be longer)

U.K. Mainland: 1 - 2 working days
U.K. (outside mainland): 2 - 3 working days
Europe: 4 - 5 working days
U.S.A. & Canada: 6 - 8 working days
Rest of the World: 7 - 10 working days

Please note that the Post Office is our main carrier and 98% of the orders
we despatch arrive to the timescales above but a few do not because they go
astray in the mainly reliable Post Office system. Parcels can occasionally
take up to 4 weeks (20 working days) to arrive within the UK and 6 weeks (30
working days) outside the UK before the Post Office will declare the
parcel lost and do a search within their system.

In the unlikely event that your parcel gets caught up we will have to wait until the
Post Office declares your parcel lost before they will compensate you and us.
We will be happy at any time to supply you with the certificate of posting we get
from the Post Office at the point of posting.

Please also note that there is no Tracking Information with the normal Parcel Post
but we always have your postal receipt which we can email copy to you on request.
If you require the tracking/signed for service we use courier firms like DHL or UPS
which are much more expensive. Please advise us before we process your order
if you would like us to get you a quote you for the extra cost of a courier service.
