Combined shipping discounts are available. Most similar size and weight items are eligible for at least a 50% discount on shipping.
Each additional card is $0.25 S&H up to (12) cards. After that it is a flat $5.90 (domestic) or $18.00 (international) for your entire card order.
Each addition standard-sized miniature is $0.50 up to (5) minis. After that it is a flat $5.90 (domestic) for your entire standard-sized miniature order. It is $18.00 (international) for 6 and up to 50 standard-sized miniatures.
Please know that we do our very best to ensure you get your item(s) as quickly as possible but we cannot control transit times.
If your tracking number does not function right away please be patient as sometimes postal glitches and shipping software errors prevent proper functionality right away. Rest assured that we have indeed shipped your item though.
In-store pick-up must be arranged before purchase. Otherwise item(s) must be shipped.
The shipping cost displayed includes tracking number and insurance. Please keep in mind that after the first $20 and every $100 carries additional fees which is why your shipping cost may seem a little bit more than usual.
Due to 'lost' mail and delays of up to 3 months we no longer ship via First Class Mail International. This does increase shipping costs BUT it is for your protection and ours.
International customers may experience delays in shipping due to customs.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns/exchanges will be made under one of the following circumstances:
Incorrect quantity of items.
Incorrect item was shipped.
Item is not properly functional.
Item is damaged.
In short we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us with any issue you might have with your purchase and we will do our best to make it right.
If one of the above circumstances are the reason for your return/exchange we will gladly pay for return shipping.
