We are happy to exchange goods minus all postage charges (with the exception of nightwear,lingerie and swimwear)-please contact us within 3 days of receipt before you return anything.All items must be unworn and where applicable with all labels attached and in the original packaging and must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
Faulty Items
Very rarely a faulty item 'escapes' us-we are human and do sometimes make mistakes-please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will either exchange (where possible) or refund in full-we do require that the item in question is returned to us.
