Please advise us within 3 days of purchase of your payment method-if we do not hear from you we will open an unpaid item dispute on day 4,if you have a problem please contact us-if we know when to expect payment we are flexible!
UK buyers-we accept instant paypal payments, postal orders and sterling cheques-please allow for clearance.Please make cheques and postal orders payable to Jo Adams-thanks!
Overseas buyers-we ONLY accept instant paypal payments.Any customs charges are to be met by the buyer.
All goods are dispatched upon clearance of funds-no exceptions sorry!
Not received your parcel?
UK buyers-if your parcel has not arrived within 3 to 5 working days please contact your local sorting office first-all our UK parcels are sent 1st class recorded delivery as standard and require a signature.
Please be aware that recorded and special delivery parcels are only held for a limited time at the sorting office before they are returned to the sender.The postage and packaging we charge only covers one attempt-if you parcel is returned to us we do charge more postage for it to be re-posted.
Postal Discounts for Multiple Purchases
Purchase more than one item and you will receive a postage discount (*excludes FREEPOST items).Please contact us before you pay to allow us to adjust your invoice accordingly.We calculate discounts by total parcel weight and also add a small handling and packaging fee-please remember postage and packaging is not just the price of a stamp.

How soon to expect your parcel
We generally post 5 days a week Monday through to Friday-you will receive an e-mail to let you know exactly when your goods will be posted.
We will always contact you via ebays messaging system to confirm expected dispatch times/dates-the rest is up to Royal Mail-please do not mark us down on our 'detailed seller ratings' because they have let us down!
If you choose the courier option delivery is next working weekday.A contact telephone number is required and parcels can be left with neighbours if you happen to be out.
UK Buyers-
All our parcels are sent 1st class recorded delivery unless otherwise stated,generally these arrive in 1 to 3 working days and require a signature on receipt.
Next day courier service also available-weekdays only (please contact us for more details-mainland UK only)
Overseas Buyers-
We send all our parcels by Royal Mails international signed for service-Royal Mail charge from £4.25 for this ontop of the the standard Airmail rate.Any customs charges are to be met by the buyer.
