We honour your custom and treat it as a priveledge to have you as our customer. If any problem is encountered, for any reason whatsoever we will very quickly and very efficiently try to resolve whatever problem there may be, whether it be an issue with shipping, the processing of returns, replacements or refunds. We know that 99.9% of our buyers are genuine and honest. Unless you are a con-artist or online scammer there is no need for you to continue reading this:

Due to past incidents of 'component-switching' fraud, we now take high resolution scans of both sides of high value PCB's and other items prior to packaging and shipping. We also use high security anti-tamper labels over equipment case seals. High resolution photographs are taken of the equipment seals and serial numbers are recorded. Returns will not be accepted if any item is returned to us which has its case seals broken and has internal components fraudulently 'switched', this includes components at the soldered PCB level. Any attempts to do this to us will now immediatly be reported to the Police, a crime number will be obtained and this information will then be forwarded to eBay and the company responsible for processing the payment ie PayPal. This is an unfortunate stance but we have had several unscrupulous buyers deliberately purchase items to rip us off, threaten us with negative feedback if we do not co-operate with their fraudulent demands.
