Return Policy (Buy It Now Items)
We are committed to your happiness as it means our success! If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us via email at: atortora1@hotmail.com for returns/exchanges. We will get a response to you within 48 hours. Also, please be aware of (4) following requirements/policies:
1. Item must be unused (tags unremoved) and returned within 10 days from our postmarked shipping day. Items returned after this date will not be accepted.
2. We usually do not charge a restocking fee, however shipping / insurance fees will not be refunded.
NOTE: We are very careful to list size, measurements and color hues due to the wide range of sizes and issues with monitor resolutions. Items that are returned under these conditions are subject to a 20% restocking fee and only website store credit will be granted.
3. Please include a copy of the Ebay item number and reason for return.
4. Clearance & auction items are final sales.
