Returns:

For your peace of mind we offer a no quibble returns policy. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item specifying your reason for the return. Returned items should be unused and in the original condition received with all labels and packaging intact and with any relevant documentation (if possible the original delivery slip).  We cannot process refunds that have been returned with no information.

Refunds will be issued after items have been received back. Unless the item is faulty or there is a mistake by us then only the item cost will be refunded and not the original delivery or return costs.
The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we therefore highly recommend using Royal Mail Recorded.  Please be advised, we do NOT refund postage costs for items returned via Special Delivery if an item is faulty.
