Returns
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days of delivery. Please issue a return request via the eBay Resolution Centre and you will then receive return instructions.

I've changed my mind about my order?
You can cancel your order at any time before your item is despatched. Just contact us and we will give you a full refund. Unfortunately, if you change your mind once it's been despatched then we can only refund the cost of the item, excluding the cost of delivery. Return delivery cost will be made at your own expense. Please note the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent.

• There will be a 10% re-stocking fee deducted from your refund.
• We will refund only standard (Airmail) postage charges for items delivered outside the UK
• If we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you
• Items must be returned unused and in original packaging with all tags attached.

*Please note underwear, men's and boy's swimwear, wigs, hairpieces and pierced earrings are non-returnable. Women's and girls swimwear must have the protective sticker intact.*
We reserve the right to determine the return postage method, so please advise us in advance of your intention to return an item and we will let you know how to return it.

Where you are withdrawing from your purchase between 7 - 14 days after delivery and there's been no error on our part, we'll refund only the cost of the item, less the 10% handling fee. We won't refund the cost of delivery or return of the item.

Refunds
We process refunds within 30 days of receiving an item. You will receive a full refund less a 10% re-stocking fee unless the item is faulty.

Please put a copy of your order or at least name and address on a note inside the parcel.
