Postage
• All items are posted out within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment (excluding weekends and public holidays)
• Domestic items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded
• International items are sent International Airmail Signed For
• We will replace or refund any items lost or damaged in transit
• Please note, Royal Mail don't class items lost until 15 days have passed

Payment
• We accept PayPal, and for UK customers we also accept postal orders or cheques
• Please pay within 7 days of auction end
• In the unlikely event of non-payment an Unpaid Item Strike will be filed against your account

Returns
• Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase*
• If items are faulty or incorrect a full refund (including all postage) will be given once item arrives back
• Returns for other reasons will be accepted for a refund (minus postage costs) once the item is returned unused with tags and packaging intact and in the same condition it was sent
• Please email before returning goods stating item number and reasons for return
• Recorded mail or other traceable means is required on returned items in order for refunds to be processed
*Doesn't apply to underwear or swimwear due to hygiene reasons
