To All Customers,
PLEASE READ: IMPORTANT INFORMATION!
We sell many parts, accessories, and motorclothes! Becuase of this we may need to special order your items. We have a maximum of 5 business days handling time to process your order. Your package will ship within this time. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.
Customer Service is available to answer your questions Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm Central Standard Time via email (ebay@houseofharley.com). Questions received over the weekend will have an answer as soon as possible..
PAYMENT
- Buyer needs to pay within 48 hours of the auction end.
- If payment is not received within 48 hours, negative feedback may be left and the user ID will be reported to eBay.
- If you cannot pay within the allotted time, please contact us immediately.
- No Personal or Business checks are accepted.
SHIPPING
Purchases with more than one item will have one shipping amount when all the items are paid for at one time. If you make seperate purchases and pay with Paypal we are forced to ship each purchase seperately.
Effective Immediately: We will no longer offer First Class Mail International. All International orders will be sent Express Mail.
International orders may take longer than the 6-10 days the United States Post Office has listed. If your package has not arrived within 6-10 days after the 5 business day handling time check your local Post Office.
Customs may charge additional duties, taxes, etc. We will not be responsible for these charges.
We will not be responsible for lost packages after it leaves the U.S. and will not give refunds.
Unless otherwise requested before purchasing and confirmed by us, we will only ship to the address listed on your Paypal account.
Shipping may state 3-4 business days, this does not include our handling time.
Order processing may take up to 5 business days. With a shipping time of 3-4 business days your package may take up to 9 business days to arrive. Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include holidays or closures due to weather or other events. We appreciate your patience.
We do not have the ability, nor will we, mark the customs forms with a smaller amount than what you paid.
RETURNS

Notification of defective items must be within 3 days of delivery NO EXCEPTIONS!

Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges if the item needs returning.

Returns must have all original packaging and the item(s) returned and found not to be defective or damaged will return to buyer at buyer's expense.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
There is no restocking fee for exchanges.
IN CONCLUSION
Please remember, by bidding on or clicking the Buy-It-Now button you are entering a binding contract with us. It is your responsibility to ask all questions pertaining to the size, fitment, shipping charges, etc. before the end of the auction.
