Q:What is your return policy?
A:Notification of defective items must be within 3 days of delivery NO EXCEPTIONS! Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges if the item needs returning.Returns must have all original packaging and the item(s) returned and found not to be defective or damaged will return to buyer at buyer's expense. Returns are subject to a 20% fee

Q:Do you combine shipping?
A:All of our items can be combined with one shipping fee IF you purchase the multiple items at the same time with one payment.

Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:Please allow up to 5 business, starting the day after payment is received, for your order to process and ship. Domestic shipping will be notified through UPS Quantum View Notify. International customer's electronic Paypal receipt will show the USPS tracking number link.

Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A:Shipping charges are calculated by weight of the total order. Each auction displays a shipping calculator on the bottom of the auction page.

Q:Do you ship internationally?
A:We ship International orders through USPS Express Mail. For our Candian customers, we have given the option of USPS or Express Mail.

Q:Why is shipping so high?
A:We use UPS Ground because of its reliability and because it is traceable from the time packages are picked up in our facility. International orders are sent Express Mail because it's the only shipping method USPS offers with tracking. It is also 4-6 days to customs versus other methods that have taken up to 8 weeks. You get what you pay for.

Q:Why did I have to pay a tax for the package to clear customs?
A:We do not have any control over your countries taxes, duties. They are regulated by customs and not The House of Harley-Davidson. We do not impose such fees nor do we obtain any monies. Once the package arrives in your country we are no longer responsible for the items.

Q:Do you know when the item will ship?
A:We do not have a set day that we ship. We can only tell you that it will ship within 5 BUSINESS DAYS. Payments are processed in the morning of each business day. The following day will be the first business.

Q:Do you have a tracking number?
A:Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to ship. If you paid for the item today, then we will not have a tracking number for you. Orders can take up to 5 business days to process. We appreciate your patience.

Q:Can I get the order I placed today shipped Next Day
A:Most of the time this is not an option. As with most On-line business' Next day delivery will be mailed out when the order has processed. So it may still take longer than one day to get the item.

Q:I paid for my item yesterday, has it shipped?
A:Most likely your item has not shipped. We ask that you please allow up to 5 business days for your item to ship.

Q:I have not received an email confirming you have shipped my package.
A:Once your package is delivered to UPS or USPS, an email will notify you with a tracking number. If you are an International customer, you electronic Paypal receipt will show the tracking information as a link.
