Delivery Options

We work hard to get all stock orders dispatched the same day if received before 2:30pm so we can be confident that you will receive your goods the next working day if you choose this option. If there are any exceptional circumstances such as flooding or disruption to major road networks then we have to quote DPD standard time of 1-3 days. If you are non UK mainland or require specialist shipping then we offer many shipping options at a cost as low as possible. If we have sold out of a product temporarily we will email you to confirm this and give you an estimated delivery time.

Any orders being delivered outside the UK that are larger than average consignment we reserve the right to make an additional charge to cover the increased delivery cost. We will contact you to arrange any extra costs before any payment is taken.

We only ship to Mainland destinations in Europe and have no service for offshore islands attached to mainland European countries.

Royal Mail Under 2Kg Service.

This service applies to all Eastern and Western European Countries for small items under 2 Kg in weight

For Example;

• Up to 3 dozen golf ball

or

• 1 Pair of golf shoes.

When you add products to your shopping cart the system automatically calculates the weight of the goods and this service will disappear once you have added goods over the 2Kg weight only leaving you with the DPD service.

This service is an estimated 5 Day service from date of dispatch from our warehouse where you will receive an email of this dispatch date.

This lower priced service does not come with a tracking service.

If you require a quicker time for lightweight goods you can still choose the DPD service which is quicker and has tracking available. Again an email is generated to you when the goods have been dispatched with your tracking details.

Listed Transit times are based on business days and are revised occasionally due to changes in technology, distribution and volume. The transit times reflect DPD' regular delivery schedule, but are not guaranteed. Service from some remote areas may require additional days in transit.

Please be aware that we are not allowed to sell certain products abroad – these products will be clearly labelled as such.
