PayPal is our preferred method of payment for both UK & overseas customers as it is quick & easy for you and for us.

If you prefer not to pay online we accept Credit & Debit card payments over the telephone. Please call us on +44 (01)482 861859 Monday to Friday between 9:30am & 5pm. We will need your eBay User ID or an Item Number to find your order. We accept all major Credit & Debit cards except American Express.

We accept UK cheques & UK Postal Orders although it is quicker & easier for you to telephone us & pay by Debit card if you have one. Unfortunately we cannot accept cheques, checks or money orders from outside the UK. Payments should be made payable to Exercise-Direct. Please include your eBay user ID & details of the items you are paying for & send your payment to:

Delivery

The following applies to all items.

You can save if you buy multiple items from ExerciseDirect at the same time as we offer a discout on the postage cost for multiple items. When you have selected all the items you wish to buy please request an invoice and wait for us to send you a combined invoice to ensure you are charged correctly.

We realise that when you place an order you want it now, not in a weeks time! We aim to post items the same day we receive cleared payment Monday to Friday, otherwise we post items the next working day. We post orders mainly in plain plastic mailing bags. When your order is dispatched we will send you an email to let you know. We send most items by Royal Mail 1st Class or Royal Mail Tracked. Royal Mail collect from us each week day afternoon and most UK customers receive their orders within 2 - 3 working days. Please check our feedback to see what customers say about the speed of our delivery.

If you need guaranteed next day delivery we can send your order by Royal Mail Special Delivery which will be delivered the next day. Click on See More Services under Postage on the main item description for cost.

We ship worldwide by Royal Mail Airmail (Small Packets) exept France and Ireland.  Customers in France and Ireland wil have their items shipped by Royal Mail Airsure.

Overseas buyers are responsible for any tax & import duty charged when goods are imported to your country.
