Order Processing & Payments

We generally (not a guarantee) ship most orders within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) after we receive a cleared Paypal payment.  Sometimes, it may take up to 5 days because of a slow order notification from eBay or Paypal, holidays or an inventory discrepency.  

For all orders, we only accept U.S. dollars payments via Paypal.

Orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received (This excludes weekends, U.S. nationally observed holidays and during the week prior to and after Christmas and New Year's holiday).

 YES!!! WE DO COMBINE SHIPPING!  Shipping costs are combined after full payment for all items is received.  We will refund your Paypal account any differences.  Please be sure to send us a message remind us of any other items you have purchased to take advantage of the added savings from combined shipping.

 U.S. orders - Will normally be shipped via FEDEX Ground, USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail with FREE delivery confirmation. Some order may be shipped via USPS Parcel Post or UPS.  If an item or the total combined price of an order is over $120 dollars then insurance is included in the price of the item.

 International orders - Will normally be shipped USPS First Class Mail International, International Express Mail, Parcel Post or Global Priority Mail.  If an item or the total combined price of an order is over $100 USD then the order will be shipped USPS International Express Mail. (See our International Orders page for further information). 

• We are not responsible for items held or confiscated by customs; nor are we responsible for any import taxes (sometimes called Duties or VAT).

Returns & Exchanges

It is eCop!'s desire to ensure customer's are 100% satisfied with every order placed with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with an order placed with eCop!, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will do our best to make it right! 

If an item is found to be defective upon arrival and the item is covered under a manufacturer warranty or guarantee, we will assist the buyer in contacting the manufacturer for a possible exchange. eCop! will continue to assist the buyer as needed until the issue is resolved as reasonably possible. Otherwise, the item will be refunded in full (minus any shipping & handling charges) upon the return and inspection of the item. No exchanges.

The item must be in the original condition as received and the original item packaging intact and whole as it was shipped by eCop!  The buyer is responsible for all shipment charges on returned items unless we shipped the wrong item - then we will cover the return shipping costs!

* Sorry, we do not accept returns for opened DVD's or any hazardous materials such as gun oils, liquids, chemical agents and batteries.

• NO ITEMS SHOULD BE RETURNED TO eCop! WITHOUT PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS ~ (We will not accept the package!!)

We leave positive feedback for our buyers immediately upon payment reception and we ask the same in return from you at your earliest convenience. 

Customer service is important to us and many issues can be resolved simply by sending us an email.
