Payment
Our preferred method of payment is Paypal. However UK customers can also pay by personal cheque, postal order or by telephone with a valid credit/debit card. Cheques and Postal orders should be made payable to ELITE MX & QUADS and sent via recorded mail.
All winning bidders are expected to provide payment within 3 working days of purchase. Please contact us if there are any problems, we understand that occasionally this timescale might not be possible.
Postage
Unless stated otherwise we use Royal Mail 1st Class service to dispatch our items, which is normally 1 - 2 working days delivery, although delivery times vary so please allow up to 5 working days. We aim to post within one working day of receiving cleared payment (cheques may take up to 7 working days to clear). Proof of posting is always obtained and in the unlikely event that the package gets mislaid in the post, we will do all we can to assist you if you instigate a claim against Royal Mail.
Please note that our standard P&P charges cover all aspects of getting the product to you and includes quality packaging, our labour time and the cost of postage itself.
All items sent overseas are done so using Royal Mail Airmail Small Packet Service and buyers should allow 6 working days for the item to be delivered.

We are committed to providing cost-effective, quality products. The Returns policy below is clear on how we deal with any quality issues. However, we would also ask you to contact us directly if you have any issues or questions with any part of our service. We will always do our best to resolve any concerns you may have – we understand that this is a competitive market and our reputation and your repeat business is key to us. If for any reason you feel unable to provide us with positive feedback, please contact us first and allow us to address any issues.
Returns
Returns are accepted for items incorrectly supplied or damaged. Please ensure that all returns are agreed in advance with ELITE MX & QUADS and returned in original packaging. Items incorrectly supplied or damaged/faulty will be replaced with correct item, if in stock, otherwise a refund will be issued.
Cancellation
All purchases can be cancelled and returned within 7 days in line with Distance Selling Regulations for a refund. Return postage costs to be met by purchaser.
Privacy Policy
All financial information given to ELITE MX & QUADS, ie Credit/Debit Card Details, will not be stored after transaction completion.
