TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
for
dimandcrafts
- All items are described as honestly as possible and any faults are pointed out. Buyers are advised to read advertisements carefully as many of our items are ex-display and, therefore, may be imperfect.
- If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask before bidding. You may telephone or email and all emails will be answered as soon as possible.
- All payments are to be made in Sterling GBP £. USD, Euro cheques or Bank Transfers are NOT accepted.
- All winning bids are to be paid within seven (7) days following the end of sale, unless prior arrangements have been made. If after the seven (7) day period, payment has not been made, a non-paying bidder alert will be filed.
- PLEASE NOTE : The cost of postage and packaging covers the actual postal cost plus a small nominal amount to cover time and packaging materials.
- Should an item have in any way been accidentally, wrongly described then, PLEASE make contact by telephone or email as soon as possible so that we can resolve the problem.
- A buyer may (within seven (7) days of receipt), return a faulty or wrongly described item for a full refund.
- NB. If a buyer wishes to return an item (within 7 days of receipt) that was sold as described, a refund for the cost of the item will be given, once the item is received by us in its original condition, but we are unable to refund postage and packaging costs.
- Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for items that become lost or damaged in transit, but we will be happy to enter a claim with the carrier, on your behalf. At present Royal Mail require fifteen (15) working days to have past before an item is deemed lost in the UK. (Twenty five (25) working days for Europe.)Proof of damage will be needed to accompany any claim.
- Once a claim has been filed, it may take up to twenty eight (28) days for Royal Mail to accept or discount the claim. (Please bear with us, if this should occur.)
- If you have any problems withy any part of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. COMMUNICATION IS THE ANSWER – NOT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!
