1.  Are your QVC items authentic?
Yes, every item you purchase from Dream-Adventures is 100% authentic guaranteed.  All of the famous labels listed above come directly from QVC.

2.  Are your items new?
Yes, 99% of our items are new.  If they are not in new condition, we will clearly describe that in the listing description.

3.  Are your items defective or factory seconds?
No, the same items you see on television or online are the items you will find on our site.  Occassionally we receive some items that may have been returned due to small issues.  If this is the case, we clearly explain and photograph the issue so you know what to expect from the item you are buying.  We believe in 100% honesty, it is the cornerstone of our business.

4.  What is your return policy?
As with all of our designer clothing we sell, you are welcome to return any item for a refund, if you do not find it to your liking.  Please see our published return policy for the details.  We do not refund shipping costs.

5.  How are you able to offer authentic QVC items at cheaper than on air price?
We purchase very large quantities of merchandise from QVC and as a result we receive a discounted pricing structure.  We pass along these savings to you, our customers. (You can even log on to QVC.com and check their current price on any item we are selling; we are 100% certain you will be back to purchase the item from Dream-Adventures because our prices are "cheaper than on air"!)

6.  Do you combine shipping, so I can save money on the shipping fee?
We love to combine shipping.  Typically each additional clothing item has a $1.50 shipping add-on fee (for US residents).  International customers receive a substantial shipping discount too, please email us for a specific price quotation.  We love our international bidders and will do everything we can to make sure you enjoy shopping with Dream-Adventures.
