All our merchandise is handled as it would be at any upscale luxury boutique including tissue wrapping! Fragile items are also wrapped in bubble wrap and other appropriate packing materials to ensure a safe journey to their new home!
We take 100% full responsibility to ensure your package arrives to you as it should! All packages are sent with delivery confirmation, and most are insured by a professional 3rd party shipping insurance provided by Shipsurance, who is underwritten by Lloyds Of London.
A little information about the "Track and Confirm" tool provided by the USPS: According to USPS, this is not a true tracking tool and they are not required to scan all packages at each stop along the way. This tool is only to show confirmation of when the package is actually delivered to it's final destination.
Deliveries are made to the post office by us daily to ensure you receive your merchandise in a timely manner! We believe if you pay for it, it's yours and we will do everything possible to get it to the post office as fast as we can!
You choose the service price and length of delivery time you would like! We offer 2-3 options in every listing.
We do not charge handling fees, and we do not believe in charging excess postage! We only charge exactly what the USPS cost is to mail your package.
Combined shipping for multiple purchases when paid for at the same time, is based on total weight, package size and destination zone.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
Unfortunately we have no control over how long it takes for your package to be processed through customs, so please do not hold this against us. Your package will leave our hands and will be delivered to our post office within 24 - 48 hours of your cleared payment, with the exception of weekends and holidays.
The average delivery time for most countries are:
Express Service approximately 5 - 10 days
Priority Service approximately 7 - 14 days
First Class Mail can take up to 30 days, and sometimes more, depending on the country it is being delivered to
