Guarantee & Returns

 

Guarantee

Most of our items are guaranteed for 12 months from the sale date. Additionally most watches will include a warranty card from the manufacturer, please keep this safe as it will be needed in the event of a fault developing. It is far quicker and easier for you to return your item to the service department with a copy of your sales invoice, than it is to return them to us.

In the event of a fault developing within the guarantee period with your purchase (that did not include a warranty card), please contact us via the eBay messaging service with as much information as possible, so that we can supply a suitable postal address. The item must then be properly packaged and protected when returned to avoid any further damage occurring. We strongly recommend the use of a recorded delivery service or, if within the UK, obtain a certificate of posting as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in the post. The customer is liable for the cost and safety of returning items.

Please note, the guarantee does not cover batteries, straps or bracelets, accidental damage or general wear and tear



Returns (Auction Items)

** ALWAYS CONTACT US FIRST TO OBTAIN AUTHORISATION AND (IF APPLICABLE) A RETURNS NUMBER **

We can only accept returns on auction items if the situation is one of the following: -

  • Goods misrepresented in auction

  • Goods arrived broken, damaged or malfunctioning

  • Incorrect item received

We always check our items as thoroughly as practicable before posting, but mistakes or oversights can sometimes happen. Please contact us as soon as possible, but within 7 days of receipt, and describe the problem as accurately as possible. Include the sale date and item number of the auction or sale. In the case of an incorrect item received, or you believe that the item is misrepresented, then it must be returned complete with ALL labels, tags, stickers etc. and must not have been used, altered (adjusted) or damaged (including the case or box). We will refuse to process returns for items not meeting this criteria and will return the goods once a re-postage charge has been paid. We also recommend the use of a recorded delivery service or, if within the UK, obtain a certificate of posting. The customer is liable for the cost and safety of returning items.

Our policy is to exchange items that are faulty, stock permitting, but in the event that a refund is agreed, this is subject to the customer acknowledging the mutual cancellation agreement that we will initiate in eBay once the item has been returned in an acceptable condition - eBay does not penalise you in any way for this.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges on auction items and it is the customers responsibilty to ascertain suitability before placing bids

 

Returns (Buy It Now)

** ALWAYS CONTACT US FIRST AND OBTAIN A RETURNS NUMBER **

Items purchased from our "Buy It Now" offers (that is non-auction sales) entitles the customer to an exchange or refund (minus a AU $10 re-stocking and admin fee (per item), additionally postage charges (where levied) are not refundable) in the event that they are unhappy with their purchase. The same conditions apply as auction items in that we must be informed immediately of the circumstances concerning the return (and no later than 7 days from receipt), the item must be returned complete with ALL labels, tags, stickers etc. and must not have been used, altered (adjusted) or damaged (including the case or box). We will refuse to accept returns for items not meeting this criteria and will return the goods once a re-postage charge has been paid. We also recommend the use of a recorded delivery service or, if within the UK, obtain a certificate of posting. The customer is liable for the cost and safety of returning items, and there will be an additional p&p charge for exchange items equal to the original p&p charge. We recommend that the item is properly wrapped and protected as damage to the case or bag supplied with the item will be regarded as damage to the item itself, and consequently the return will be refused.

In the event that a refund is agreed, this is subject to the customer acknowledging the mutual cancellation agreement that we will initiate in eBay once the item has been returned in an acceptable condition - eBay does not penalise you in any way for this.
