| R:Yes, you can choose the color from our color chart. You can select a fragrance from our fragrance list. |
| P:What is the best way to store the soaps until use? |

| R:Keep them in an airtight container out of direct heat and light to preserve their scent and freshness. |
| P:Will the soaps melt during shipping? |
|
| R:These soaps will not melt under normal conditions. We mark the packages "Parishable" so that the postal carrier takes care with the package. Please be home when your package arrives so that they are not sitting out in the heat. |
| P:What is the shelf life of the soaps? |

| R:The soaps have a one year shelf life. The fragrance will stay strong for approx 6 months. |
| P:What is your return policy? |
|
| R:We do not accept returns on custom made soap orders. We only accept returns on merchandise if an error occurred on our behalf. |
| P:Do you combine shipping? |

| R:Yes, we combine shipping on all orders. |
| P:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| R:You must note your color & fragrance selections on your payment. Orders ship within 3 business days of payment, unless your selections are not specified at the time of payment. |

| R:We will send you 2 emails requesting your selections. If we don't receive a response to our emails, we will then ship out all white, unscented soaps after 7 business days. |
