At Airsoft Supply Drop we want you to be satisfied with every purhcase. Occasionally though, you may want to return items to
us, whether it is due to a defective product or because it simply does not meet your expectations.
Damaged / defective items
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. All refund payments will be made via PayPal once the returned item has been received. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service for all returns.
Airsoft Supply Drop will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Cooling-off period
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. For more information on your right to withdraw from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item. The return shipping costs are at the cost of Consumer.
Items returned must be in reasonable condition.
Returned items will not be accepted if they are damaged.
Refunds will be processed by PayPal as soon as the returned goods are received, therefore we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service for all returns.
Warranty
If a product proves faulty within 30 days from the date of purchase due to a manufacturing defect you should contact Airsoft Supply Drop immediately. Airsoft Supply Drop will then identify the problem and if necessary have the problem resolved under the terms of our guarantee.
In the event the item is found to be fault we will replace it or issue a refund.
The Airsoft Supply Drop warranty does not include any the following:
Any transportation costs incurred in transporting the item back to the Airsoft Supply Drop.
Any breakages as a result of accidental/negligent damage.
Any routine maintenance required
Any faults arising from misuse
Any faults arising from any repairs not previously carried out by the Airsoft Supply Drop
In the event a return item is found to be fault by Airsoft Supply Drop return postage cost will be refunded.
Airsoft Supply Drop may change the terms and conditions of our warranty from time to time.
